In December 2014, new regulations lead to a change in the way allergen information must be labelled on prepared food. Food businesses must inform on major allergens (Gluten, Fish, Nuts, etc) if they are included in any of the food products they sell or produce.

The allergen information must be available to customers when they are used as an ingredient in a food you sell or prepare. Use these icons on labelling, menus and signage to easily communicate with your customers when allergens are present in foods.
