This is Paper bag Mock Up in some different views and size.

How to change logo? Open Bag’s Mock Up.psd. In this file you can see 4 folders and 2 top Smart Object: logo replace and texture replace. Replace this Smart Objects and all folders will be replaced. In folder 01 and 02 is a paper bag with only logo on it. In 03 folder you can find bags with full texture replacement and logo on it. You can also change the color of bag on folder fx with color overlay. Background is full editable, just off/on some layers and positions.
