It is what is shown, but it can be made easier (for the 5 stars rating...) You have to right-click and select change picture to place your own picture in the placeholder. Iwas trying through the edit Format menu, fillwith picture and I couldn't manage so I was very frustrated. Now I learned and it works well that way. There are other templates that you directly click on the image and it prompts you a menu to subtitute it, that would be even better.
