All institutions can use this certificate for their own organization. There are 12 templates in the original file. There are 4 templates in PSD, EPS and MS Word and 1 support file (PDF) . The rules to change the templates are provided in the Support File Manually. The theme color is used in the MS Word template and the Swatch color has been used in the EPS file. As a result, the template's color can be easily changed. The PSD and EPS files are completely done by the Layer.
